Abstract

The present specification provides a method, performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system, for receiving a minimum slot offset, the method being characterized in that: the minimum slot offset is received from a base station, and is associated with the expectation that a terminal will receive a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) on the basis of at least one slot offset having a value equal to or greater than the minimum slot offset; and a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) is monitored on at least one search space set, on the basis of the minimum slot offset.

Claims (33)

1. A method of communicating with a network in a wireless communication system, the method performed by a user equipment (UE) and comprising:

performing a radio resource control (RRC) connection establishment with the network;

entering an RRC connected state based on the RRC connection establishment; and

receiving downlink control information scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) from the network in the RRC connected state,

wherein a slot allocated for the PDSCH is determined based on a first slot offset and a slot on which the downlink control information is received,

wherein, based on the UE further configured with a second slot offset which is equal to a minimum applicable value of the first slot offset and the second slot offset being applied, the UE is not expected to receive the PDSCH in a slot for which a value of the first slot offset is smaller than a value determined based on the second slot offset, and

wherein the second slot offset is not applied based on i) a time domain resource allocation defining the first slot offset being used and ii) the PDSCH being scheduled with a cell-radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI), a configured scheduling-RNTI (CS-RNTI), or a modulation and coding scheme-cell-RNTI (MCS-C-RNTI) in a common search space associated with a control resource set (CORESET) 0.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the UE further receives, through the downlink control information, an indicator to determine the second slot offset.

3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the downlink control information is a downlink control information (DCI) format 1_1,

wherein the DCI format 1_1 is used for scheduling the PDSCH.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the slot allocated for the PDSCH is a slot which is the first slot offset from the slot on which the downlink control information is received.

5. A user equipment (UE) comprising:

at least one transceiver;

at least one memory; and

at least one processor being operatively connected to the at least one memory and the at least one transceiver,

wherein the at least one memory stores instructions that, based on being executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform operations comprising:

performing a radio resource control (RRC) connection establishment with a network;

entering an RRC connected state based on the RRC connection establishment; and

receiving downlink control information scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) from the network in the RRC connected state,

wherein a slot allocated for the PDSCH is determined based on a first slot offset and a slot on which the downlink control information is received,

wherein, based on the UE further configured with a second slot offset which is equal to a minimum applicable value of the first slot offset and the second slot offset being applied, the UE is not expected to receive the PDSCH in a slot for which a value of the first slot offset is smaller than a value determined based on the second slot offset, and

wherein the second slot offset is not applied based on i) a time domain resource allocation defining the first slot offset being used and ii) the PDSCH being scheduled with a cell-radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI), a configured scheduling-RNTI (CS-RNTI), or a modulation and coding scheme-cell-RNTI (MCS-C-RNTI) in a common search space associated with a control resource set (CORESET) 0.

6. The UE of claim 5 , wherein the UE further receives, through the downlink control information, an indicator to determine the second slot offset.

7. The UE of claim 6 , wherein the downlink control information is a downlink control information (DCI) format 1_1,

wherein the DCI format 1_1 is used for scheduling the PDSCH.

8. The UE of claim 5 , wherein the slot allocated for the PDSCH is a slot which is the first slot offset from the slot on which the downlink control information is received.

9. At least one non-transitory memory storing instructions that, based on being executed by at least one processor, control a user equipment (UE) to perform operations comprising:

performing a radio resource control (RRC) connection establishment with a network;

entering an RRC connected state based on the RRC connection establishment; and

receiving downlink control information scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) from the network in the RRC connected state,

wherein a slot allocated for the PDSCH is determined based on a first slot offset and a slot on which the downlink control information is received,

wherein, based on the UE further configured with a second slot offset which is equal to a minimum applicable value of the first slot offset and the second slot offset being applied, the UE is not expected to receive the PDSCH in a slot for which a value of the first slot offset is smaller than a value determined based on the second slot offset, and

wherein the second slot offset is not applied based on i) a time domain resource allocation defining the first slot offset being used and ii) the PDSCH being scheduled with a cell-radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI), a configured scheduling-RNTI (CS-RNTI), or a modulation and coding scheme-cell-RNTI (MCS-C-RNTI) in a common search space associated with a control resource set (CORESET) 0.
