Abstract

Transducer-based systems can be configured to display a graphical representation of a transducer-based device, the graphical representation including graphical elements corresponding to transducers of the transducer-based device, and also including between graphical elements respectively associated with a set of the transducers and respectively associated with a region of space between the transducers of the transducer-based device. Selection of graphical elements and/or between graphical elements can cause activation of the set of transducers associated with the selected elements. Selection of a plurality of graphical elements and/or between graphical elements can cause visual display of a corresponding activation path in the graphical representation. Visual characteristics of graphical elements and between graphical elements can change based on an activation-status of the corresponding transducers. Activation requests for a set of transducers can be denied if it is determined that a transducer in the set of transducers is unacceptable for activation.

The medical system of claim 1 , wherein (i) at least a first electrogram signal in the first arrangement of electrogram signals is a bipolar electrogram signal, (ii) at least a second electrogram signal in the second arrangement of electrogram signals is a bipolar electrogram signal, or (i) and (ii).

4. The medical system of claim 1 , wherein the visual display of the first arrangement of electrogram signals visually displays a first number of the electrogram signals in the first arrangement of electrogram signals in accordance with the first ablation status, and the visual display of the second arrangement of electrogram signals visually displays a second number of the electrogram signals in the second arrangement of electrogram signals in accordance with the second ablation status, the second number different than the first number.

5. The medical system of claim 1 , wherein, in accordance with the second ablation status, the visual display of the second arrangement of electrogram signals visually indicates the electrogram signals in the second arrangement of electrogram signals as some, but not all, of the electrogram signals visually displayed in the first arrangement of electrogram signals.

6. The medical system of claim 4 , wherein, in accordance with the second ablation status, the visual display of the second arrangement of electrogram signals visually indicates the electrogram signals in the second arrangement of electrogram signals as some, but not all, of the electrogram signals visually displayed in the first arrangement of electrogram signals.

7. The medical system of claim 1 , wherein, in accordance with the first ablation status, the visual display of the first arrangement of electrogram signals visually displays the first arrangement of electrogram signals as including a first set of electrogram signals arranged according to a first spatial order, and, in accordance with the second ablation status, the visual display of the second arrangement of electrogram signals visually displays the second arrangement of electrogram signals as including the electrogram signals of the first set of electrogram signals, but in a second spatial order different than the first spatial order.
