Abstract

The present invention provides compounds, compositions thereof, and methods of using the same for the inhibition of Cbl-b, and the treatment of Cbl-b-mediated disorders.

Claims (20)

1. A compound of formula I:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:

Ring A together with its R 1 substituents is

Ring B together with its R 2 substituents is

Ring C together with its R 3 substituents is

each R 8 is independently hydrogen, fluoro, chloro, bromo, methyl, —CF 3 , —OH, or —OMe;

-L-R 9 is —COMe,

q is 0, 1, or 2; and

t is 0 or 1.

2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein Ring B together with its R 2 substituents is

7. A compound selected from:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

8. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound according to claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, adjuvant, or vehicle.
