Abstract

The present embodiment of the present invention relates to a lens driving device, comprising: a housing; a bobbin disposed in the housing; a first coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet which is disposed on the housing and faces the first coil; a base disposed under the housing; a substrate which is disposed on an upper surface of the base and comprises a circuit member including a second coil facing the magnet; an upper elastic member disposed on an upper portion of the bobbin and coupled to the bobbin and the housing; a support member coupled to the upper elastic member; and a terminal member elastically connecting the support member with the substrate, wherein the terminal member comprises; a first connector coupled to the substrate; and a second connector coupled to the support member; and wherein the second connector is disposed at a position lower than the first connector.

Claims (41)

1. A lens driving device, comprising:

a base;

a housing disposed on the base;

a bobbin disposed in the housing;

a first coil disposed on the bobbin;

a magnet disposed on the housing;

a substrate disposed on the base and comprising a second coil;

an upper elastic member coupled with the bobbin and the housing;

a terminal member disposed on the base; and

a wire coupled with the upper elastic member and the terminal member,

wherein an upper surface of the base comprises a first area contacted with the substrate,

wherein the terminal member comprises a second coupling part coupled with the wire, and

wherein an upper surface of the second coupling part is disposed lower than the first area of the upper surface of the base.

2. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the terminal member comprises a first coupling part coupled with the substrate,

wherein an upper surface of the first coupling part is disposed at a same height as the first area of the upper surface of the base, and

wherein the second coupling part is disposed lower than the first coupling part.

3. The lens driving device of claim 2 , wherein the terminal member comprises a third coupling part, and

wherein at least a portion of the third coupling part is exposed to an outer lateral surface of the base.

4. The lens driving device of claim 3 , wherein the terminal member comprises a bent part bent from the first coupling part and connected with the third coupling part.

5. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the terminal member comprises a connection part bent from the second coupling part.

6. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the second coil is formed as a pattern coil on the substrate.

7. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the wire is electrically connected to the substrate through the terminal member.

8. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the base comprises a hole or a groove formed on a corner area of the base, and

wherein a portion of the wire is disposed in the hole or the groove of the base.

9. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the base comprises a terminal receptor comprising a shape corresponding to a shape of at least a portion of the terminal member, and

wherein the terminal member is disposed on the terminal receptor of the base.

10. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the second coupling part has a flat plate shape disposed in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis.

11. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the second coupling part of the terminal member is visible when viewed from below.

12. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the upper elastic member comprises a hole passed through by the wire, and

wherein an upper end part of the wire is coupled with an upper surface of the upper elastic member by soldering.

13. The lens driving device of claim 12 , wherein the terminal member comprises a hole passed through by the wire, and

wherein a lower end part of the wire is coupled with a lower surface of the terminal member by soldering.

14. A camera module, comprising:

a printed circuit board (PCB);

an image sensor disposed on the PCB;

the lens driving device of claim 1 disposed on the PCB; and

a lens coupled to the bobbin of the lens driving device and disposed on the image sensor.

15. A portable device, comprising:

a body;

a camera module of claim 14 disposed on the body; and

a display part disposed on one surface of the body and configured to output an image photographed by the camera module.
