Abstract

The present disclosure provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising fibronectin based scaffold domain proteins that bind, for example, proprotein convertase subtilisin kexin-9 (PCSK9).

Claims (8)

1. A proprotein convertase subtilisin kexin type 9 (PCSK9)-binding fusion protein comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3.

2. A composition comprising the PCSK9-binding fusion protein of claim 1 , wherein the concentration of the fusion protein is at least 200 mg/mL.

3. The composition of claim 2 , wherein the concentration of the fusion protein is at least 250 mg/mL.

4. The composition of claim 2 , wherein the concentration of the fusion protein is at least 300 mg/mL.

5. A proprotein convertase subtilisin kexin type 9 (PCSK9)-binding fusion protein consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3.

6. A composition comprising the PCSK9-binding fusion protein of claim 5 , wherein the concentration of the fusion protein is at least 200 mg/mL.

7. The composition of claim 6 , wherein the concentration of the fusion protein is at least 250 mg/mL.

8. The composition of claim 6 , wherein the concentration of the fusion protein is at least 300 mg/mL.
