Abstract

The present disclosure provides compounds and methods useful for inhibiting SARM1 and/or treating and/or preventing axonal degeneration.

Claims (14)

1. A compound of Formula I-c:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:

R 1 is selected from

R 2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, and a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-6 aliphatic; and

R 3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and halogen, with the proviso that the compound is not:

2. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein R 2 is halogen.

3. The compound according to claim 2 , wherein R 2 is chloro.

4. The compound according to claim 2 , wherein R 2 is bromo.

5. The compound according to claim 2 , wherein R 2 is fluoro.

6. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein R 2 is —CH 3 .

7. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein R 2 is hydrogen.

8. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein R 3 is hydrogen.

9. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein R 3 is halogen.

10. The compound according to claim 9 , wherein R 3 is chloro.
