Abstract

A computer-implemented system personalizes virtual advisors for immersive healthcare by creating virtual medical and spiritual avatars that resemble trusted authority figures using deepfake technology and multimodal deep neural networks. The virtual medical advisor tailors guidance by analyzing unstructured electronic health record data with natural language processing and BERT-based techniques while adapting its communication based on real-time physiological data from sensors like EEG and photoplethysmography. Concurrently, the virtual spiritual advisor offers faith-based counseling by factoring in user-declared spiritual preferences and sacred text analysis weighted for doctrinal considerations. Additional features include gamification with cryptocurrency tokens or NFTs for health activities, blockchain-based audit trails for HIPAA compliance, and federated learning with differential privacy. The system also employs 3D anatomical simulations to visualize pharmacokinetics and uses adaptive audio treatments in augmented reality with techniques like binaural beats and haptic feedback, all optimized through reinforcement learning based on historical interactions.

Claims (26)

1 . A computer-implemented method for operating a Virtual True Self Avatar (VTSA) with dynamic voice modulation in a virtual reality (VR) healthcare system, comprising:

receiving real-time vocal input from a user via a microphone integrated into a VR mobile device;

analyzing acoustic and paralinguistic vocal parameters of the user's voice using AI algorithms, including pitch variation, speaking rate, and hesitation markers;

inferring the user's emotional and physiological state through correlations between vocal parameter deviations and predefined stress/anxiety biomarkers;

generating a modulated VTSA voice output by adjusting the analyzed vocal parameters toward a target therapeutic profile while preserving the user's vocal timbre;

rendering the modulated VTSA voice output through bone conduction transducers in a VR headset to replicate internal voice perception; and

synchronizing the VTSA's speech content with therapeutic directives from a Virtual Medical Advisor (VMA) or Virtual Spiritual Advisor (VSA) based on electronic health record (EHR) analysis and spiritual preference databases.

2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising capturing bone conduction resonance patterns during user's speech to enhance voice cloning accuracy through mechanical vibration analysis of cranial structures.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the AI algorithms employ a bidirectional encoder representations from a transformer model to correlate vocal pitch instability with cortisol level estimates derived from historical EHR data.

4 . The method of claim 1 , further integrating photoplethysmography (PPG) sensors to validate inferred stress states through real-time microvascular change detection during VTSA interactions.

5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein voice modulation parameters of the generating a modulated VTSA voice output are dynamically adjusted when PPG data indicates peripheral vasoconstriction exceeding 15% baseline levels.

6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the target therapeutic profile includes a 7-12% reduction in speaking rate and 20 Hz pitch stabilization to mimic vocal patterns associated with parasympathetic nervous system activation.

7 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising generating a blockchain-anchored audit trail recording all VTSA voice modulation parameters and correlated biometric responses for HIPAA-compliant documentation.

8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the bone conduction transducers deliver frequency-specific vibrotactile feedback synchronized with stressed phoneme detection to enhance self-regulation awareness.

9 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising utilizing a generative adversarial network (GAN) to synthesize transitional vocal patterns between the user's current state and the target therapeutic profile during multi-session therapy.

10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the VTSA's facial expressions are animated in real-time using a first-order motion model driven by emotional valence scores derived from vocal parameter analysis.

11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein brow furrow intensity is reduced in the VTSA animation when vocal tension markers exceed clinical anxiety thresholds.

12 . The method of claim 1 , further implementing federated learning across user nodes to update voice modulation models while maintaining differential privacy filters on raw audio data.

13 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the system cross-references medication databases to avoid vocal pattern modulation that conflicts with drug-induced dysphonia side effects.

14 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising gamification elements awarding cryptocurrency tokens for user achievement of sustained vocal parameter alignment with the target therapeutic profile.

15 . The method of claim 14 , wherein tokens are redeemable for premium VR content through smart contracts verifying biomarker improvement thresholds.

16 . The method of claim 1 , further generating explainable AI (XAI) visualizations showing causal relationships between specific vocal features and modulated output parameters during post-session reviews.

17 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising reinforcement learning to optimize modulation timing based on historical user engagement patterns and electroencephalography (EEG)-measured alpha/beta wave coherence during feedback reception.

18 . The method of claim 1 , further incorporating 3D laryngeal models that visually demonstrate optimal vocal fold positioning during VTSA-guided breathing exercises.

19 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising triggering haptic feedback pulses through wearable devices phase-locked to stressed syllable detection in real-time speech analysis.

20 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising implementing counterfactual voice samples demonstrating non-modulated vs. modulated outcomes to enhance user understanding of therapeutic goals.
