Abstract

In a wireless local area network (WLAN) system, a station (STA) may support a multi-link. The STA may generate a PDDU including operation mode information on whether transmission of a signal and reception of a signal can be performed simultaneously. The STA may transmit the PPDU.

Claims (19)

1 . A method in a wireless local area network (WLAN) system, the method comprising:

generating, by an Access Point (AP), a frame including multi-link information,

wherein the multi-link information has a value of one (1) based on Non-Simultaneous Transmit and Receive (NSTR) information related to links of the AP,

wherein the multi-link information has a value of zero (0) based on Simultaneous Transmit and Receive (STR) information related to links of the AP,

wherein the frame further includes a link identifier (ID) field identifying a link; and

transmitting, by the AP, the frame.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the NSTR information is related to links on which signal transmission and signal reception cannot be performed simultaneously.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the STR information is related to links on which signal transmission and signal reception can be performed simultaneously.

4 . An Access Point (AP) in a wireless local area network (WLAN) system, comprising:

a transceiver adapted to transmit and/or receive a wireless signal; and

a processor coupled to the transceiver,

wherein the processor is adapted to:

generate a frame including multi-link information,

wherein the multi-link information has a value of one (1) based on Non-Simultaneous Transmit and Receive (NSTR) information related to links of the AP,

wherein the multi-link information is set to has a value of zero (0) based on Simultaneous Transmit and Receive (STR) information related to links of the AP,

wherein the frame further includes a link identifier (ID) field identifying a link; and

transmit the frame.

5 . The AP of claim 4 , wherein the NSTR information is related to links on which signal transmission and signal reception cannot be performed simultaneously.

6 . The AP of claim 4 , wherein the STR information is related to links on which signal transmission and signal reception can be performed simultaneously.
