Abstract

The invention relates to a composition comprising at least one oxidation dyeing base chosen from the derivatives of para-phenylenediamine of formula (I), addition salts thereof, solvates thereof and/or solvates of the salts thereof, at least one oxidation coupler chosen from 6-hydroxybenzomorpholine of formula (II), an addition salt thereof, solvates thereof and/or solvates of the salts thereof, and at least one (poly)oxyalkylenated amino silicone. The invention also relates to a process for dyeing keratin fibers, preferably the hair, which comprises the application of the composition to said keratin fibers.

Claims (52)

1 . A composition comprising:

at least one oxidation base chosen from derivatives of para-phenylenediamine of formula (I), addition salts thereof, solvates thereof, or solvates of the salts thereof:

wherein R is chosen from:

i) a (C 1 -C 4 ) alkoxy (C 1 -C 4 ) alkyl radical,

ii) a C 1 -C 4 hydroxyalkyl radical;

at least one oxidation coupler chosen from 6-hydroxybenzomorpholine of formula (II), addition salts thereof, solvates thereof, solvates of the salts thereof or mixtures thereof:

 and

at least one (poly)oxyalkylenated amino silicone chosen from (poly)oxyalkylenated amino silicones having the INCI name PEG-40/PPG-8 methylaminopropyl/hydroxypropyl dimethicone copolymer.

The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one oxidation base of formula (I) is chosen from 2-methoxymethyl-para-phenylenediamine, 2-β-hydroxypropyl-para-phenylenediamine, 2-γ-hydroxyethyl-para-phenylenediamine, addition salts thereof, solvates thereof, or solvates of the salts thereof.

The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the total content of oxidation base(s) chosen from derivatives of para-phenylenediamine of formula (I), addition salts thereof, solvates thereof, or solvates of the salts thereof ranges from 0.001% to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.

The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the total content of oxidation coupler(s) chosen from 6-hydroxybenzomorpholine of formula (II), addition salts thereof, solvates thereof, or solvates of the salts thereof ranges from 0.001% to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.

The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the weight ratio between the total content of the oxidation base(s) chosen from the derivatives of para-phenylenediamine of formula (I), addition salts thereof, solvates thereof, or solvates of the salts thereof and the total content of oxidation coupler(s) chosen from 6-hydroxybenzomorpholine of formula (II), addition salts thereof, solvates thereof, or solvates of the salts thereof ranges from 0.1 to 10.

The composition according to claim 1 , in which the (poly)oxyalkylenated amino silicone(s) are chosen from (AB) n type multiblock (poly)oxyalkylenated amino silicones, A being a polysiloxane block and B being a (poly)oxyalkylene block, comprising at least one amine group, wherein said (poly)oxyalkylenated amino silicones are formed from repeating units having the following general formulae (x) or (xx):

(—(SiMe 2 O) x SiMe 2 -R—N(R″)—R′—O(C 2 H 4 O) a (C 3 H 6 O) b —R′—N(H)—R—]   (x)

[—(SiMe 2 O) x SiMe 2 -R—N(R″)—R′—O(C 2 H 4 O) a (C 3 H 6 O) b —]   (xx)

wherein, in (x) and (xx):

a is an integer greater than or equal to 1;

b is an integer between 0 and 200;

x is an integer ranging from 1 to 10 000, more particularly from 10 to 5000;

R″ is a hydrogen atom or a methyl;

R, which may be identical or different, represents a linear or branched divalent C 2 -C 12 hydrocarbon-based radical optionally including one or more heteroatoms; and

R′, which may be identical or different, represents a linear or branched divalent C 2 -C 12 hydrocarbon-based radical optionally including one or more heteroatoms.

7 . The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the (poly)oxyalkylenated amino silicone(s) is (are) present in a total content ranging from 0.01% to 10% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.

8 . The composition according to claim 1 , further comprising at least one fatty substance other than (poly)oxyalkylenated amino silicones, wherein the at least one fatty substance is from chosen from liquid fatty substances, solid fatty substances and mixtures thereof.

9 . The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one liquid fatty substance other than (poly)oxyalkylenated amino silicones is chosen from liquid hydrocarbons containing more than 16 carbon atoms, plant oils, liquid fatty alcohols, liquid fatty esters and mixtures thereof.

10 . The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one solid fatty substance is chosen from solid fatty acids, solid fatty alcohols, solid esters of fatty acids, solid esters of fatty alcohols, waxes, ceramides, or mixtures thereof.

11 . The composition according to claim 1 , further comprising at least one surfactant.

12 . The composition according to claim 1 , further comprising at least one cationic polymer.

13 . The composition according to claim 1 , further comprising at least one alkaline agent.

14 . The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the composition does not comprise any chemical oxidizing agent.

15 . The composition according to claim 1 , further comprising at least one chemical oxidizing agent.

16 . A process for dyeing keratin fibers, comprising applying to said keratin fibers the composition according to claim 15 .

17 . The process for dyeing keratin fibers according to claim 16 , wherein the composition is prepared by mixing, at least a) a dyeing composition and b) an oxidizing composition, wherein:

a) the dyeing composition comprises:

at least one oxidation base chosen from the derivatives of para-phenylenediamine of formula (I), addition salts thereof, solvates thereof, or solvates of the salts thereof:

wherein R is chosen from:

i) a (C 1 -C 4 ) alkoxy (C 1 -C 4 ) alkyl radical,

ii) a C 1 -C 4 hydroxyalkyl radical;

at least one oxidation coupler chosen from 6-hydroxybenzomorpholine of formula (II), addition salts thereof, solvates thereof, solvates of the salts thereof or mixtures thereof:

 and

at least one (poly)oxyalkylenated amino silicone chosen from (poly)oxyalkylenated amino silicones having the INCI name PEG-40/PPG-8 methylaminopropyl/hydroxypropyl dimethicone copolymer; and

b) an oxidizing composition comprising one or more chemical oxidizing agents.

18 . A multi-compartment device, comprising a first compartment comprising a) a dyeing composition and b) a second compartment comprising an oxidizing composition, wherein:

a) the dyeing composition comprises:

at least one oxidation base chosen from the derivatives of para-phenylenediamine of formula (I), addition salts thereof, solvates thereof, or solvates of the salts thereof:

wherein R is chosen from:

i) a (C 1 -C 4 ) alkoxy (C 1 -C 4 ) alkyl radical,

ii) a C 1 -C 4 hydroxyalkyl radical;

at least one oxidation coupler chosen from 6-hydroxybenzomorpholine of formula (II), addition salts thereof, solvates thereof, solvates of the salts thereof, or mixtures thereof:

 and

at least one (poly)oxyalkylenated amino silicone chosen from (poly)oxyalkylenated amino silicones having the INCI name PEG-40/PPG-8 methylaminopropyl/hydroxypropyl dimethicone copolymer; and

b) an oxidizing composition comprising one or more chemical oxidizing agents.
