Abstract

Methods, apparatuses, and computer program products are disclosed for generating and/or using a mobile legal identification data object. An example method includes receiving a request for a mobile legal identification data object and generating the mobile legal identification data object based at least in part on the request for the mobile legal identification data object. The method further includes associating the mobile legal identification data object with a user profile. The method further includes providing the mobile legal identification data object to a user device associated with the user profile.

2 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising storing the authentication action request in the user profile.

3 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the authentication action request further comprises authentication action request metadata and the authentication action request metadata describes one or more of event data, user device information, location data, user biometric data, and user device interaction information.

4 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising:

in response to providing the mobile legal identification authorization request, receiving a mobile legal identification authorization response, wherein in an instance the mobile legal identification authorization response is affirmative, the mobile legal identification authorization response comprises one or more legal identification data objects; and

generating the mobile legal identification data object based on the one or more legal identification data objects.

5 . The computer-implemented method of claim 4 , wherein generating the mobile legal identification data object further comprises:

providing a verification request data object to the user device associated with the user identifier; and

in an instance an affirmative verification response data object is received from the user device, generating the mobile legal identification authorization request.

6 . The computer-implemented method of claim 5 , further comprising:

in an instance an affirmative verification response data object is not received from the user device, providing a potential fraudulent data object to the user device, wherein the potential fraudulent data object is indicative of a failed attempt of to generate the mobile legal identification data object.

7 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the mobile legal identification data object comprises at least one of one or more images of a legal identification document, one or more images of a user associated with the legal identification document, or one or more authentication factors.

8 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the user identifier comprises at least one of a phone number, existing account username, social security number, existing account identifier, email address, or customer identifier.

9 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising:

receiving one or more update event data objects from a legal issuer computing device; and

updating the mobile legal identification data object based on the one or more update event data objects.

10 . An apparatus for dynamically providing a mobile legal identification data object, the apparatus comprising at least one processor and at least one memory, the at least one memory having computer-code instructions stored thereon that, in execution with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to:

receive a mobile legal identification request, wherein the mobile legal identification request comprises a user identifier and legal identification document data and is associated with a mobile legal identification type;

generate a mobile legal identification authorization request based on the mobile legal identification type of the mobile legal identification request, wherein the mobile legal identification authorization request comprises the user identifier and the legal identification document data;

provide the mobile legal identification authorization request to an issuer computing device;

in response to receiving an affirmative response from the issuer computing device, store the mobile legal identification data object in a user profile associated with the user identifier, wherein the mobile legal identification data object is generated based on the affirmative response from the issuer computing device;

receive an authentication action request from a user device, wherein the authentication action request comprises the user identifier and corresponds to an authentication action request type;

provide a user authorization interaction data object to the user device, wherein the user authorization interaction data object includes one or more inputs for a user response;

determine an authorization match score based on a received user response and one or more user attributes stored in a user profile associated with the user identifier;

in response to determining the authorization match score satisfies an authorization match score threshold, access the mobile legal identification data object stored in the user profile;

determine an authorization access category for the authentication action request based on the authentication action request type, wherein the authorization access category is associated with a set of decryption rules that describe one or more decryption keys associated with the mobile legal identification data object; and

provide an authentication action response to the user device, wherein the authentication action response comprises (a) the mobile legal identification data object and (b) the one or more decryption keys.

11 . The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the computer-code instructions, in execution with the at least one processor, further cause the apparatus to store the authentication action request in the user profile.

12 . The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the authentication action request further comprises authentication action request metadata and the authentication action request metadata describes one or more of event data, user device information, location data, user biometric data, and user device interaction information.

13 . The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the computer-code instructions, in execution with the at least one processor, further cause the apparatus to:
