Abstract

Packaging ( 1 ) for a product ( 25 ), having a bag ( 2 ) for accommodating the product ( 25 ) and having a cardboard sleeve ( 3 ), which is arranged around the outside of the bag ( 2 ), wherein the bag ( 2 ) is of flattened form with two flattened bag areas ( 4 ) located opposite one another, and wherein the cardboard sleeve ( 3 ) has a cardboard base area ( 5 ), which forms a standing area ( 6 ) of the packaging ( 1 ), and also two cardboard areas ( 7 ) which adjoin the cardboard base area ( 5 ), opposite one another, extend upwards from the cardboard base area, are connected to the cardboard base area ( 5 ) by first lines of inflection ( 8 ) and cover the flattened bag areas ( 4 ), wherein exposed regions ( 9 ) of the bag ( 2 ) are arranged between the upwardly extending cardboard areas ( 7 ).

Claims (22)

1 . A packaging ( 1 ) for a product ( 25 ) having a bag ( 2 ) for receiving the product ( 25 ) and a cardboard sleeve ( 3 ) which is arranged externally around the bag ( 2 ), wherein the bag ( 2 ) has a flattened shape with two mutually opposing flattened bag faces ( 4 ) and wherein the cardboard sleeve ( 3 ) has a box base face ( 5 ) which forms a standing face ( 6 ) of the packaging ( 1 ), and has two box faces ( 7 ) which adjoin the box base face ( 5 ) in a mutually opposing manner and extend upward from the box base face ( 5 ) and which are connected by first folding lines ( 8 ) to the box base face ( 5 ) and cover the flattened bag faces ( 4 ), wherein between the upwardly extending box faces ( 7 ) exposed regions ( 9 ) of the bag ( 2 ) are arranged,

wherein the upwardly extending box faces ( 7 ) are connected to each other at a position ( 10 ) at an upper side ( 18 ) opposite from the standing face ( 6 ) of the packaging ( 1 ) with spacing from the standing face ( 6 ) at each of two sides by at least one box connection web ( 11 ), and

wherein each at least one box connection web ( 11 ) is connected by second folding lines ( 12 ) to one of the upwardly extending box faces ( 7 ).

2 . The packaging ( 1 ) as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bag ( 2 ) comprises a flexible bag material.

3 . The packaging ( 1 ) as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the flexible bag material has at least one barrier layer.

4 . The packaging ( 1 ) as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bag ( 2 ) comprises a transparent material so that a product ( 25 ) contained in the bag ( 2 ) is visible at the exposed regions ( 9 ) of the bag ( 2 ).

5 . The packaging ( 1 ) as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bag ( 2 ) is secured to the box base face ( 5 ) of the cardboard sleeve ( 3 ).

6 . The packaging ( 1 ) as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each at least one box connection web ( 11 ) is subdivided into at least two box web segments ( 16 ) which are separated from each other by third folding lines ( 15 ) so that, as a result of a deformation of each of the at least one box connection web ( 11 ) at the third folding lines ( 15 ), a change of spacing ( 17 ) of the upwardly extending box faces ( 7 ) at the upper side ( 18 ) of the packaging ( 1 ) is enabled so that an access region ( 19 ) into the packaging ( 1 ) can be expanded.

7 . The packaging ( 1 ) as claimed in claim 1 , wherein in an access region ( 19 ) at the upper side ( 18 ) of the packaging ( 1 ) the bag ( 2 ) has an opening line ( 20 ) at which the bag ( 2 ) can be separated in order to open the bag ( 2 ).

8 . The packaging ( 1 ) as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each flattened bag face ( 4 ) is connected at least in an upper region ( 21 ) opposite the standing face ( 6 ) to the upwardly extending box faces ( 7 ) by at least one linear connection ( 22 ).

9 . The packaging ( 1 ) as claimed in claim 8 , wherein at least one of the upwardly extending box faces ( 7 ) is connected with two linear connections ( 22 ) which are arranged one above the other to each flattened bag face ( 4 ), wherein an opening line ( 20 ) is arranged between the two linear connections ( 22 ).

10 . The packaging ( 1 ) as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bag ( 2 ) has a first width ( 23 ) and wherein at least one of the upwardly extending box faces ( 7 ) has a second width ( 24 ) which is reduced compared with the first width ( 23 ) at least in regions.

11 . A method for producing a packaging ( 1 ), the method having the following steps:

a) providing a bag ( 2 ) with a flattened shape with two mutually opposing flattened bag faces ( 4 ), containing a product ( 25 );

b) supplying a cardboard blank ( 26 ) having a box base face ( 5 ) and two box faces ( 7 ) which are connected to the box base face ( 5 ) by first folding lines ( 8 );

c) folding the cardboard blank ( 26 ) along the first folding lines ( 8 ) around the bag ( 2 ) so that a cardboard sleeve ( 3 ) is produced around the bag ( 2 ),

wherein the two box faces ( 7 ) are connected to each other at a position ( 10 ) at an upper side ( 18 ) opposite from the standing face ( 6 ) of the packaging ( 1 ) with spacing from a standing face ( 6 ) at each of two sides by at least one box connection web ( 11 ), and

wherein each at least one box connection web ( 11 ) is connected by second folding lines ( 12 ) to one of the two box faces ( 7 ).

12 . The method as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the flattened shape of the bag ( 2 ) is orientated horizontally during steps b) and c).

13 . The method as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the flattened shape of the bag ( 2 ) is orientated perpendicularly during steps b) and c).

14 . The method as claimed in claim 11 , wherein a supply of the cardboard blank ( 26 ) to the bag ( 2 ) is carried out from below.

15 . The method as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the folding of the cardboard blank ( 26 ) in step c) is carried out by a folding box ( 27 ) into which the cardboard blank ( 26 ) is introduced, wherein, as a result of the introduction, a folding of the cardboard blank ( 26 ) along the first folding lines ( 8 ) is supported.
