Abstract

A reciprocating compressor is provided. The reciprocating compressor includes a bearing block, a fixed shaft extending vertically from a lower surface of the bearing block, formed in a cylindrical shape, and having a shaft hole formed therein, a stator disposed on the bearing block and including a coupling hole into which the fixed shaft is inserted, a holder disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the fixed shaft and configured to fix the stator to the bearing block, a rotating shaft inserted into the shaft hole of the fixed shaft, and a rotor disposed outside the stator and fixed to one end of the rotating shaft. The outer circumferential surface of the fixed shaft and the shaft hole may be formed concentrically.

Claims (42)

1 . A reciprocating compressor, comprising:

a bearing block;

a fixed shaft extending vertically from a lower surface of the bearing block, formed in a cylindrical shape, and having a shaft hole formed therein;

a stator disposed on the bearing block and including a coupling hole into which the fixed shaft is inserted;

a holder disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the fixed shaft and configured to fix the stator to the bearing block;

a rotating shaft inserted into the shaft hole of the fixed shaft; and

a rotor disposed outside the stator and fixed to one end of the rotating shaft,

wherein the outer circumferential surface of the fixed shaft and the shaft hole are formed concentrically,

wherein the holder includes a fastener,

wherein the fastener comprises:

a ring portion having an inner diameter larger than a diameter of the fixed shaft, and

a plurality of pressing portions protruding from an inner circumferential surface of the ring portion toward a center thereof,

wherein the plurality of pressing portions are formed to be inclined with respect to the ring portion, and

wherein an inner diameter of the plurality of pressing portions is smaller than the diameter of the fixed shaft.

2 . The reciprocating compressor of claim 1 , wherein concentricity of the outer circumferential surface of the fixed shaft and the shaft hole is less than 0.5 micrometers (μm).

3 . The reciprocating compressor of claim 1 ,

wherein difference between the diameter of the fixed shaft and the inner diameter of the plurality of pressing portions is 0.05 millimeters (mm) to 0.3 mm.

4 . The reciprocating compressor of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of pressing portions are formed in a same shape.

5 . The reciprocating compressor of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of pressing portions are formed so that the fastener supports a maximum amount of impact corresponding to three times a weight of the reciprocating compressor multiplied by a free fall speed.

6 . The reciprocating compressor of claim 1 , wherein the fastener is formed so that when the fastener is coupled to the fixed shaft, one surface of the fastener facing the stator is inclined an angle of 25 to 35 degrees with respect to a lower surface of the ring portion.

7 . The reciprocating compressor of claim 1 , wherein the fastener is formed so that when the fastener is coupled to the fixed shaft, one surface of the fastener facing the stator is double inclined with respect to a contact surface of the stator.

8 . The reciprocating compressor of claim 7 ,

wherein a lower surface of the ring portion is inclined at a first angle of 3 to 5 degrees with respect to the contact surface of the stator, and

wherein a lower surface of the plurality of pressing portions are inclined at a second angle of 25 to 25 degrees with respect the lower surface of the ring portion.

9 . The reciprocating compressor of claim 1 ,

wherein the holder includes a snap ring,

wherein the fixed shaft includes a ring groove in which the snap ring is accommodated, and

wherein a spring washer is disposed between the bearing block and the stator.

10 . The reciprocating compressor of claim 1 , further comprising:

a rotation prevention part provided between the fixed shaft and the bearing block,

wherein the stator includes a fixing groove formed on one surface of the stator facing the bearing block and corresponding to the rotation prevention part.

11 . The reciprocating compressor of claim 10 ,

wherein the rotation prevention part is formed as a step portion including a D-cut portion, and

wherein the fixing groove is formed as a D-cut groove corresponding to the step portion including the D-cut portion.

12 . The reciprocating compressor of claim 1 , wherein a diameter of coupling hole of the stator is larger than a diameter of the fixed shaft.

13 . The reciprocating compressor of claim 12 , wherein a difference between the diameter of the coupling hole of the stator and the diameter of the fixed shaft is 0.1 millimeters (mm) to 0.3 mm.

14 . The reciprocating compressor of claim 1 ,

wherein the rotor comprises:

a disk,

a skirt extending vertically from an edge of the disk, and

a fixed boss disposed at a center of the disk, and

wherein one end of the rotating shaft is press-fitted to the fixed boss.
