capturing, via the at least one camera installed in the environment, actions of a customer in the environment and an image of an item the customer is carrying;

determining, via one or more processors, one of the plurality of zones in which the actions are captured based at least in part on which of the plurality of cameras captures the actions of the customer;

determining, via the one or more processors, a packaging size for shipping the item based at least in part on the image of the item;

identifying, via the one or more processors, packaging for shipping the item, the packaging corresponding to the determined packaging size;

highlighting, via the at least one media projector mounted in the determined one of the plurality of zones, the identified packaging corresponding to the determined packaging size;

detecting, via the at least one camera, a successful completion of a transaction by the customer; and

terminating, via the one or more processors, the highlighting of the identified packaging based on the detection of the successful completion of the transaction by the customer.

5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising transmitting a notification to an employee based on a determination that the highlighting of the identified packaging did not result in the successful completion of the transaction, wherein the notification includes details of customer actions during the highlighting of the identified packaging.

6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein highlighting the identified packaging comprises identifying the at least one media projector from the plurality of media projectors based on the determined one of the plurality of zones in which the actions are captured.

a plurality of cameras configured to capture actions by a customer and an image of an item the customer is carrying in an environment in which the plurality of cameras are installed, wherein the environment is divided into a plurality of zones, and wherein at least one of the plurality of cameras is configured to monitor each of the plurality of zones, each of the zones having at least one media projector of a plurality of media projectors mounted therein; and

one or more processors in data communication with the plurality of cameras, the one or more processors configured to:

determine one of the plurality of zones in which the actions are captured based at least in part on which of the plurality of cameras captures the actions of a customer;

determine a packaging size for shipping the item based at least in part on the image of the item;

identify packaging in the determined one of the plurality of zones, the packaging corresponding to the determined packaging size;

cause the at least one media projector mounted in the determined one of the plurality of zones to highlight the identified packaging;

determine completion of a successful transaction by the customer; and

terminate highlighting of the identified packaging based on the determination of completion of the successful transaction by the customer.

10 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the captured actions by the customer comprise facial expressions, including one or more of confused, bored, frustrated, annoyed, and preoccupied.

11 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to receive an interaction of the customer with the highlighted packaging while the customer is located in the determined one of the plurality of zones.

12 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the one or more cameras are further configured to identify a plurality of customers based on detecting entry of the plurality of customers into the environment, wherein an order in which packaging is highlighted is based, at least in part, on an order in which the plurality of customers entered the environment.

13 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to transmit a notification to an employee based on a determination that the highlighting of the identified packaging did not result in the successful completion of the transaction, wherein the notification includes details of customer actions during the presentation highlighting of the identified packaging.

14 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to select the at least one media projector from the plurality of media projectors in the environment based on the determined one of the plurality of zones.
