Abstract
This invention relates to compounds of the Formula (I): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester or isomer thereof, which can be useful for the treatment of diseases or conditions mediated by MMPs, ADAMs, TACE, aggrecanase, TNF- or combinations thereof.
Claims (5)
1. A compound selected from the group consisting of:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester, or isomer thereof.
2. The compound of claim 1 , selected from the group consisting of:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester or isomer thereof.
3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, ester or isomer thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
