at least one connection component connecting said top rotor, said plurality of disks and said bottom rotor; and

wherein a at least one fluid pathway is defined by the axially centered opening and at least one of said axially centered openings of said plurality of disks.

2. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 1 , wherein each of said disks is stamped metal.

3. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 1 , wherein said at least two waveforms are selected from a group consisting of circular, sinusoidal, biaxial, biaxial sinucircular, a series of interconnected scallop shapes, a series of interconnected arcuate forms, hyperbolic, and multi-axial and combinations thereof.

4. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 1 , wherein said at least two waveforms are formed by a plurality of features selected from a group consisting of ridges, grooves, and depressions in the waveform surface including the features having different heights and/or depths compared to other features and/or along the individual features.

5. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 1 , wherein pairs of said plurality of disks define a respective disk chambers through which fluid is capable of passing from an expansion chamber defined by said plurality of axially centered openings of said plurality of disks and said top rotor to a periphery of said disks.

6. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 5 , wherein said bottom rotor has an axially centered depression defining a bottom of the expansion chamber.

7. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 6 , wherein said bottom rotor is configured to be in rotational engagement with a drive system.

8. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 1 , wherein said axially centered openings of said plurality of disks and said top rotor define an expansion chamber.

9. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 8 , wherein said bottom rotor has an axially centered depression defining a bottom of the expansion chamber.

10. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 1 , wherein said top rotor is configured to be in fluid engagement or communication with a vortex chamber of a device into which the disk-pack turbine can be installed.

11. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 1 , wherein said bottom rotor has an axially centered depression aligned with the axially centered opening of said top rotor.

12. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 11 , wherein said bottom rotor is configured to be in rotational engagement with a drive system.

13. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 1 , wherein each of said top rotor and said bottom rotor has a substantially flat surface facing said plurality of disks.

14. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 1 , wherein said waveforms of each respective disk each extend above just one disk surface such that each waveform does not intersect an imaginary plane along an opposed disk surface of said respective disk.

15. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 1 , wherein said at least two waveforms are biaxial.

16. The disk-pack turbine according to claim 15 , wherein said waveforms of each respective disk each extend above just one disk surface such that each waveform does not intersect an imaginary plane along an opposed disk surface of said respective disk.
