Abstract

A pharmaceutical composition is provided which includes perillyl alcohol conjugated with a therapeutic agent and further includes and a hydrolyzable acylated aliphatic tail. A method of using the pharmaceutical composition is also provided for treating a condition or disease of a patient, e.g., cancer.

Claims (6)

1. A pregabalin perillyl alcohol (POH) linoleate triple conjugate compound.

2. A valaciclovir perillyl alcohol (POH) linoleate triple conjugate compound.

3. A lamivudine perillyl alcohol (POH) linoleate triple conjugate compound, or an abacavir perillyl alcohol (POH) linoleate triple conjugate compound.

4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 1 .

5. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 2 .

6. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 3 .
