Abstract

Disclosed are a safety service system and a method thereof. The safety service system comprises: a collection unit for collecting position information and image information related to a protected person who is registered by a protector; and a service providing unit for providing the position information and the image information to one or both of the protector and a security company upon detection of a signal that the protected person is in danger.

Claims (72)

1. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing one or more applications, the one or more applications comprising instructions which, when executed by a first electronic device with at least one communication circuit and a display, cause the first electronic device to:

while executing the one or more applications, authenticate the first electronic device;

based on the authentication of the first electronic device, receive a request signal from at least one server that provides a service associated with the one or more applications;

in response to the request signal, display, via the display, a first visual object for indicating a location of a second electronic device, the first visual object superimposed on an electronic map within a user interface (UI) for the one or more applications;

while the first visual object superimposed on the electronic map is displayed within the UI, receive, via the display, at least one predetermined input;

in response to the at least one predetermined input, display, via the display, a second visual object for indicating a route in which the location of the first electronic device is inputted as a departure location and the location of the second electronic device is inputted as a destination location, within the UI, the location of the first electronic device obtained via the at least one communication circuitry, wherein the second visual object is superimposed on the electronic map,

while the first electronic device is associated with the second electronic device with respect to the location of the second electronic device via the at least one server, receive, from the at least one server or the second electronic device, a predetermined signal indicating that a state of a user of the second electronic device is emergency; and

based on receiving the predetermined signal, display information for informing the state of the user of the second electronic device being emergency within the UI,

wherein the at least one predetermined user input is distinct from a user input for inputting the location of the first electronic device as the departure location and inputting the location of the second electronic device as the destination location,

wherein displaying the second visual object is executed based at least in part on bypassing to display at least one field for inputting the departure location and the destination location within the UI, and

wherein the information includes an executable object that provides an outgoing call to a third electronic device for a safety assistance.

2. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the one or more applications comprise instructions which, when executed by the first electronic device, further cause the first electronic device to:

in response to displaying the second visual object, provide a navigation service based on the route indicated by the second visual object.

3. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the one or more applications comprise instructions which, when executed by the first electronic device, further cause the first electronic device to:

request, to the at least one server for at least one service provided by the one or more applications, locations of a plurality of electronic devices comprising the second electronic device, via the at least one communication circuit, each of the plurality of electronic devices being an authenticated electronic device, wherein each of users of the plurality of electronic devices is associated with a user of the first electronic device; and

receive, through the at least one server from the plurality of electronic devices, information regarding locations of the plurality of electronic devices, via the at least one communication circuit.

4. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 3 , wherein the one or more applications comprise instructions which, when executed by the first electronic device, further cause the first electronic device to:

display, via the display, the first visual object based on the information that is received via the at least one server from the plurality of electronic devices.

5. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 3 , wherein the one or more applications comprise instructions which, when executed by the first electronic device, further cause the first electronic device to:

display, via the display, the first visual object based on a user input indicating to select the user of the second electronic device among the users.

6. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 1 , wherein the one or more applications comprise instructions which, when executed by the first electronic device, further cause the first electronic device to:

display, via the display, a third visual object for setting a profile image of a user of the first electronic device or a user of the second electronic device within the UI, and

wherein the profile image is set based on an image pre-stored in the first electronic device or an image obtained via a camera of the first electronic device.

7. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 1 , wherein the predetermined signal is received based on state information of acceleration of the second electronic device that is obtained via at least one of a communication circuit or a sensor of the second electronic device, and

wherein the predetermined signal is transmitted from the second electronic device to the first electronic device when the state information of the acceleration of the second electronic device indicating that the second electronic device is in an impact state is identified in the second electronic device.

8. A method executed in a first electronic device with memory, comprising one or more storage mediums storing one or more applications, storing instructions, at least one communication circuit, and a display, the method comprising:

while executing the one or more applications, authenticating the first electronic device;

based on the authentication of the first electronic device, receiving a request signal from at least one server that provides a service associated with the one or more applications;

in response to the request signal, displaying, via the display, a first visual object for indicating a location of a second electronic device, the first visual object superimposed on an electronic map within a user interface (UI) for the one or more applications;

while the first visual object superimposed on the electronic map is displayed within the UI, receiving, via the display, at least one predetermined input;

in response to the at least one predetermined input, displaying, via the display, a second visual object for indicating a route in which the location of the first electronic device is inputted as a departure location and the location of the second electronic device is inputted as a destination location, within the UI, the location of the first electronic device obtained via the at least one communication circuitry, wherein the second visual object is superimposed on the electronic map,

while the first electronic device is associated with the second electronic device with respect to the location of the second electronic device via the at least one server, receiving, from the at least one server or the second electronic device, a predetermined signal indicating that a state of a user of the second electronic device is emergency; and

based on receiving the predetermined signal, displaying information for informing the state of the user of the second electronic device being emergency within the UI,

wherein the at least one predetermined user input is distinct from a user input for inputting the location of the first electronic device as the departure location and inputting the location of the second electronic device as the destination location,

wherein displaying the second visual object is executed based at least in part on bypassing to display at least one field for inputting the departure location and the destination location within the UI, and

wherein the information includes an executable object that provides an outgoing call to a third electronic device for a safety assistance.

9. The method of claim 8 , further comprising:

in response to displaying the second visual object, providing a navigation service based on the route indicated by the second visual object.

10. The method of claim 8 , further comprising:

requesting, to the at least one server for at least one service provided by the one or more applications, locations of a plurality of electronic devices comprising the second electronic device, via the at least one communication circuit, each of the plurality of electronic devices being an authenticated electronic device, wherein each of users of the plurality of electronic devices is associated with a user of the first electronic device; and

receiving, through the at least one server from the plurality of electronic devices, information regarding locations of the plurality of electronic devices, via the at least one communication circuit.

11. The method of claim 10 , further comprising:

displaying, via the display, the first visual object based on the information that is received via the at least one server from the plurality of electronic devices.

12. The method of claim 10 , further comprising:

displaying, via the display, the first visual object based on a user input indicating to select the user of the second electronic device among the users.

13. The method of claim 8 , further comprising:

displaying, via the display, a third visual object for setting a profile image of a user of the first electronic device or a user of the second electronic device within the UI,

wherein the profile image is set based on an image pre-stored in the first electronic device or an image obtained via a camera of the first electronic device.

14. The method of claim 8 , wherein the predetermined signal is received based on state information of acceleration of the second electronic device that is obtained via at least one of a communication circuit or a sensor of the second electronic device, and

wherein the predetermined signal is transmitted from the second electronic device to the first electronic device when the state information of the acceleration of the second electronic device indicating that the second electronic device is in an impact state is identified in the second electronic device.

15. A first electronic device comprising:

memory, comprising one or more storage mediums storing one or more applications, storing instructions;

at least one communication circuit;

a display; and

at least one processor comprising processing circuitry,

wherein the instructions, when individually or collectively executed by the processor, cause the first electronic device to:

based on the authentication of the first electronic device, receive a request signal from at least one server that provides a service associated with the one or more applications;

in response to the request signal, based on the authentication of the first electronic device, display, via the display, a first visual object for indicating a location of a second electronic device, the first visual object superimposed on an electronic map within a user interface (UI) for the one or more applications;

while the first visual object superimposed on the electronic map is displayed within the UI, receive, via the display, at least one predetermined input;

in response to the at least one predetermined input, display, via the display, a second visual object for indicating a route in which the location of the first electronic device is inputted as a departure location and the location of the second electronic device is inputted as a destination location, within the UI, the location of the first electronic device obtained via the at least one communication circuitry, wherein the second visual object is superimposed on the electronic map,

while the first electronic device is associated with the second electronic device with respect to the location of the second electronic device via at least one server, receive, from the at least one server or the second electronic device, a predetermined signal indicating that a state of a user of the second electronic device is emergency; and

based on receiving the predetermined signal, display information for informing the state of the user of the second electronic device being emergency within the UI,

wherein the at least one predetermined user input is distinct from a user input for inputting the location of the first electronic device as the departure location and inputting the location of the second electronic device as the destination location,

wherein displaying the second visual object is executed based at least in part on bypassing to display at least one field for inputting the departure location and the destination location within the UI, and

wherein the information includes an executable object that provides an outgoing call to a third electronic device for a safety assistance.

16. The first electronic device of claim 15 , wherein the instructions, when individually or collectively executed by the processor, cause the first electronic device to:

in response to displaying the second visual object, provide a navigation service based on the route indicated by the second visual object.

17. The first electronic device of claim 15 , wherein the instructions, when individually or collectively executed by the processor, cause the first electronic device to:

request, to at least one server for at least one service provided by the one or more applications, locations of a plurality of electronic devices comprising the second electronic device, via the at least one communication circuit, each of the plurality of electronic devices being an authenticated electronic device, wherein each of users of the plurality of electronic devices is associated with a user of the first electronic device; and

receive, through the at least one server from the plurality of electronic devices, information regarding locations of the plurality of electronic devices, via the at least one communication circuit.

18. The first electronic device of claim 17 , wherein the instructions, when individually or collectively executed by the processor, cause the first electronic device to:

display, via the display, the first visual object based on the information that is received via the at least one server from the plurality of electronic devices.
