Abstract

Provided are omecamtiv mecarbil dihydrochloride salt forms, compositions and pharmaceutical formulations thereof, and methods for their preparation and use.

Claims (4)

1. Omecamtiv mecarbil dihydrochloride salt, wherein the salt is crystalline.

2. The salt of claim 1 , wherein the salt is anhydrous.

3. The salt of claim 2 , wherein the salt is Form B and is characterized by an X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) pattern comprising peaks at 6.8±0.2, 8.8±0.2, 14.7±0.2, 17.7±0.2, and 22.3±0.2° 2θ using Cu Kα radiation.

4. The salt of claim 3 , wherein the XRPD pattern further comprises peaks at 9.6±0.2, 13.5±0.2, 19.2±0.2, and 26.2±0.2° 2θ using Cu Kα radiation.
