Abstract

Purified genes encoding a cytokine referred to as interleukin-B30 (IL-B30) from a mammal, and reagents related thereto including purified proteins, specific antibodies, and nucleic acids encoding this molecule are provided. Methods of using the reagents and diagnostic kits are also provided.

Claims (4)

1. An isolated polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of residues 1-175 of SEQ ID NO. 4.

2. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 further comprising a detectable label.

3. An isolated polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO. 4.

4. The isolated polypeptide of claim 3 further comprising a detectable label.
