Abstract
The present invention relates to compounds that modulate nicotinic receptors as non-competitive antagonists, methods for their synthesis, methods for use, and their pharmaceutical compositions.
Claims (5)
1. A compound exo-N,3-dimethylspiro[bicycle[2.2.1]heptane-2,1′-cyclobutan]-3-amine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2. A compound
(1S,3S,4R)-N,3-dimethylspiro[bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2,1′-cyclobutan]-3-amine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
3. A compound
(1R,3R,4S)-N,3-dimethylspiro[bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2,1′-cyclobutan]-3-amine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
