Abstract

Implementations of various methods and systems to transform parking units with two waypoints or a destination waypoint or a series sequence of waypoints into objects which have associated price—time priority queues for transformed parking units. The present disclosed invention relates to combining the concepts of objected oriented programming, market price queues, parking, navigation systems and social networking and parking transportation as a fungible asset class or parking linked to parking transportation as an open market.

Claims (70)

1. A method, comprising:

tracking origin location data and destination location data in real-time from respective satellite navigation systems of at least a subset of a plurality of users;

receiving real-time updates for the origin location data and destination location data from the at least the subset of the plurality of users over a wireless or wired communication network, wherein the origin location data corresponds to real-time geographic origins and the destination location data corresponds to real-time geographic destinations;

determining, by one or more computer devices, a plurality of virtual hubs based on the origin location data and the destination location data, wherein the plurality of virtual hubs comprises one or more origin virtual hubs determined based on the real-time updates of the origin location data and one or more destination virtual hubs determined based on the real-time updates of the destination location data;

storing virtual hub location data corresponding to the one or more origin virtual hubs and the one or more destination virtual hubs on a first database server;

determining, by the one or more computer devices, a plurality of virtual hub routes based on the plurality of virtual hubs, wherein a respective virtual hub route corresponds to a geographic route from a location corresponding to a respective origin virtual hub to a location corresponding to a respective destination virtual hub;

receiving, over the wireless or wired communication network, parking attribute data from the at least the subset of the plurality of users based on the real-time geographic origins and the real-time geographic destinations, wherein the parking attribute data corresponds to one or more attributes of available parking from the plurality of users for purchase between the respective origin virtual hub and the respective destination virtual hub;

generating, by the one or more computer devices, one or more parking units based on the parking attribute data, wherein the one or more parking units correspond to the available parking from the plurality of users for purchase between the respective origin virtual hub and the respective destination virtual hub;

determining a parking market platform for the one or more parking units based on the plurality of virtual hub routes and the parking attribute data, wherein the generated one or more parking units are configured for commoditized trading;

generating one or more layers for one or more user interfaces, wherein the one or more layers correspond to a network node topology for the parking market platform; and

storing the parking market platform on a second database server.

2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

receiving transaction input data upon at least one of the one or more layers from a user of the plurality of users, wherein the transaction input data comprises acceptance data indicating an acceptance by the user of a bid price or an offer price for a respective parking unit;

wherein the parking attribute data provides substitutability between first and second parking units of the one or more parking units, wherein the parking attribute data comprises parking type, purchase price, parking availability, parking location, or combinations thereof,

wherein the one or more generated parking units comprise respective digital representations of one or more forward contract parking unit securities, and

wherein the one or more forward contract parking securities comprise: one or more cost of cover specifications, one or more liquidated damages specifications, one or more force majeure specifications, or combinations thereof.

The method of claim 1 , wherein the available parking comprises open air lot parking, covered lot parking, assigned parking, street parking, handicapped parking, private home parking, private garage parking, parking with access to electrical charging, large vehicle parking, truck parking, car parking, or combinations thereof, and wherein

the parking market platform corresponds to market depth data, the market depth data comprising data indicating one or more bid prices and one or more offer prices provided by the plurality of users for the one or more parking units, wherein the market depth data is at least one of configured to be displayed as a graphical layer of the one or more layers for the one or more user interfaces or configured to be displayed in a graphical list view corresponding to the one or more layers for the one or more user interfaces.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the respective virtual hub route comprises one or more additional locations along the geographic route, wherein the one or more additional locations correspond to one or more additional virtual hubs.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the origin location data and destination location data from the respective satellite navigation systems correspond to global positioning system (GPS) coordinate data.

6. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

generating a forward commodity contract between a first user and the second user of the plurality of users based on the received parking attribute data, wherein the forward commodity contract comprises one or more conditional attributes to provide substitutability between first and second parking units of the one or more parking units, and wherein the first and second parking units comprise a uniform specification.

7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the respective first and second virtual hubs are formed based on the real-time updates for the origin location data and the real-time updates for the destination location data from the respective satellite navigation systems.

8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more parking units are generated for at least a subset of the plurality of users based on the parking attribute data, wherein the one or more computer devices are configured to:

combine the parking attribute data as one or more data objects; and

store the data objects in one or more databases of the one or more computing devices, wherein each of the one or more data objects corresponds to a respective parking unit of the one or more parking units.

9. The method of claim 1 , wherein a respective node of the network node topology corresponds to a virtual hub of the plurality of virtual hubs.

10. The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more user interfaces comprise one or more navigational user interfaces.

11. The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more layers comprise at least one or more of: buttons; icons; settings; tables; or menus.

12. The method of claim 1 , wherein the transaction input data is transmitted by a selection or a manipulation of at least one of the one or more layers.

13. The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more layers are overlayed or integrated on the one or more user interfaces.

14. A computing system, comprising:

one or more processors; and

one or more memory comprising program instructions executable by the one or more processors to:

track origin location data and destination location data in real-time from respective satellite navigation systems of at least a subset of a plurality of users;

receive real-time updates for the origin location data and destination location data from the at least the subset of the plurality of users over a wireless or wired communication network, wherein the origin location data corresponds to real-time geographic origins and the destination location data corresponds to real-time geographic destinations;

determine, by one or more computer devices, a plurality of virtual hubs based on the origin location data and the destination location data, wherein the plurality of virtual hubs comprises one or more origin virtual hubs determined based on the real-time updates of the origin location data and one or more destination virtual hubs determined based on the real-time updates of the destination location data;

store virtual hub location data corresponding to the one or more origin virtual hubs and the one or more destination virtual hubs on a first database server;

determine, by the one or more computer devices, a plurality of virtual hub routes based on the plurality of virtual hubs, wherein a respective virtual hub route corresponds to a geographic route from a location corresponding to a respective origin virtual hub to a location corresponding to a respective destination virtual hub;

receive, over the wireless or wired communication network, parking attribute data from the at least the subset of the plurality of users based on the real-time geographic origins and the real-time geographic destinations, wherein the parking attribute data corresponds to one or more attributes of available parking from the plurality of users for purchase between the respective origin virtual hub and the respective destination virtual hub;

generate, by the one or more computer devices, one or more parking units based on the parking attribute data, wherein the one or more parking units correspond to the available parking from the plurality of users for purchase between the respective origin virtual hub and the respective destination virtual hub;

determine a parking market platform for the one or more parking units based on the plurality of virtual hub routes and the parking attribute data, wherein the generated one or more parking units are configured for commoditized trading;

generate one or more layers for one or more user interfaces, wherein the one or more layers correspond to a network node topology for the parking market platform; and

store the parking market platform on a second database server.

15. The computing system of claim 14 , wherein the one or more memory comprising program instructions executable by the one or more processors to:

receive transaction input data upon at least one of the one or more layers from a user of the plurality of users, wherein the transaction input data comprises acceptance data indicating an acceptance by the user of a bid price or an offer price for a respective parking unit;

wherein the parking attribute data provides substitutability between first and second parking units of the one or more parking units, wherein the parking attribute data comprises parking type, purchase price, parking availability, parking location, or combinations thereof,

wherein the one or more generated parking units comprise respective digital representations of one or more forward contract parking unit securities, and

wherein the one or more forward contract parking securities comprise: one or more cost of cover specifications, one or more liquidated damages specification one or more force majeure specifications, or combinations thereof.

16. The computing system of claim 14 , wherein the available parking comprises open air lot parking, covered lot parking, assigned parking, street parking, handicapped parking, private home parking, private garage parking, parking with access to electrical charging, large vehicle parking, truck parking, car parking, or combinations thereof, and wherein

the parking market platform corresponds to market depth data, the market depth data comprising data indicating one or more bid prices and one or more offer prices provided by the plurality of users for the one or more parking units, wherein the market depth data is at least one of configured to be displayed as a graphical layer of the one or more layers for the one or more user interfaces or configured to be displayed in a graphical list view corresponding to the one or more layers for the one or more user interfaces.

17. The computing system of claim 14 , wherein the respective virtual hub route comprises one or more additional locations along the geographic route, wherein the one or more additional locations correspond to one or more additional virtual hubs.

18. A non-transitory computer-readable medium having stored thereon a plurality of computer-executable instructions which, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to:

track origin location data and destination location data in real-time from respective satellite navigation systems of at least a subset of a plurality of users;

receive real-time updates for the origin location data and destination location data from the at least the subset of the plurality of users over a wireless or wired communication network, wherein the origin location data corresponds to real-time geographic origins and the destination location data corresponds to real-time geographic destinations;

determine, by one or more computer devices, a plurality of virtual hubs based on the origin location data and the destination location data, wherein the plurality of virtual hubs comprises one or more origin virtual hubs determined based on the real-time updates of the origin location data and one or more destination virtual hubs determined based on the real-time updates of the destination location data;

store virtual hub location data corresponding to the one or more origin virtual hubs and the one or more destination virtual hubs on a first database server;

determine, by the one or more computer devices, a plurality of virtual hub routes based on the plurality of virtual hubs, wherein a respective virtual hub route corresponds to a geographic route from a location corresponding to a respective origin virtual hub to a location corresponding to a respective destination virtual hub;

receive, over the wireless or wired communication network, parking attribute data from the at least the subset of the plurality of users based on the real-time geographic origins and the real-time geographic destinations, wherein the parking attribute data corresponds to one or more attributes of available parking from the plurality of users for purchase between the respective origin virtual hub and the respective destination virtual hub;

generate, by the one or more computer devices, one or more parking units based on the parking attribute data, wherein the one or more parking units correspond to the available parking from the plurality of users for purchase between the respective origin virtual hub and the respective destination virtual hub;

determine a parking market platform for the one or more parking units based on the plurality of virtual hub routes and the parking attribute data, wherein the generated one or more parking units are configured for commoditized trading;

generate one or more layers for one or more user interfaces, wherein the one or more layers correspond to a network node topology for the parking market platform; and

store the parking market platform on a second database server.

19. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 18 , having stored thereon the plurality of computer-executable instructions which, when executed by the computer, cause the computer to:

receive transaction input data upon at least one of the one or more layers from a user of the plurality of users, wherein the transaction input data comprises acceptance data indicating an acceptance by the user of a bid price or an offer price for a respective parking unit;

wherein the parking attribute data provides substitutability between first and second parking units of the one or more parking units, wherein the parking attribute data comprises parking type, purchase price, parking availability, parking location, or combinations thereof,

wherein the one or more generated parking units comprise one or more forward contract parking unit securities, and

wherein the one or more forward contract parking securities comprise: one or more cost of cover specifications, one or more liquidated damages specification one or more force majeure specifications, or combinations thereof.

20. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 18 , wherein the available parking comprises open air lot parking, covered lot parking, assigned parking, street parking, handicapped parking, private home parking, private garage parking, parking with access to electrical charging, large vehicle parking, truck parking, car parking, or combinations thereof, and wherein

the parking market platform corresponds to market depth data, the market depth data comprising data indicating one or more bid prices and one or more offer prices provided by the plurality of users for the one or more parking units, wherein the market depth data is at least one of configured to be displayed as a graphical layer of the one or more layers for the one or more user interfaces or configured to be displayed in a graphical list view corresponding to the one or more layers for the one or more user interfaces.
