Abstract

An electrode structure includes a positive electrode layer and a positive electrode collector member. The positive electrode collector member includes a positive electrode collector foil, a carbon film, and a hot melt adhesive agent. A positive electrode total specific surface area is more than or equal to 2.2 m 2 /g and less than or equal to 3.0 m 2 /g, the positive electrode total specific surface area being represented by a total of a product of weight ratio and specific surface area of a positive electrode active material, a product of weight ratio and specific surface area of a solid electrolyte, and a product of weight ratio and specific surface area of a conductive material. A softening point of the hot melt adhesive agent is more than or equal to 100° C. and less than or equal to 130° C.

1. A method of manufacturing an electrode structure, the method comprising:

stacking a negative electrode layer, a separator layer, and a positive electrode layer, in this order, on a negative electrode current collector member, the positive electrode layer includes a positive electrode active material, a solid electrolyte, and a conductive material, and the negative electrode collector member is connected to the negative electrode layer;

disposing a positive electrode collector member on the positive electrode layer, wherein:

the positive electrode collector member includes a positive electrode collector foil, a carbon film that covers at least a portion of the positive electrode collector foil, and a plurality of adhesive elements,

each of the plurality of adhesive elements faces the positive electrode layer,

each of the plurality of adhesive elements, in a state before being adhered to the positive electrode layer, has a conical shape,

a diameter of each of the plurality of adhesive elements in the state before being adhered to the positive electrode layer is greater than or equal to 210 μm and less than or equal to 1500 μm,

a height of each of the plurality of adhesive elements in the state before being adhered to the positive electrode layer is greater than or equal to 2.5 μm and less than or equal to 130 μm, and

a volume of each of the plurality of adhesive elements in the state before being adhered to the positive electrode layer is greater than or equal to 1471875 μm3 and less than or equal to 98308167 μm3;

pressing only regions of the positive electrode collector foil corresponding to each of the plurality of adhesive elements with a heat block, the plurality of adhesive elements adheres the positive electrode layer and the carbon film to each other;

the carbon film has a quadrangular shape;

nine adhesive elements are provided at each of four corner portions of the carbon film; and

at each of the four corner portions of the carbon film, five adhesive elements are arranged at equal intervals along a long-side direction of the carbon film, and five adhesive elements are arranged at equal intervals along a direction orthogonal to the long-side direction, a distant between an apex of each corner portion of the carbon film and an adhesive element is from 1.7√2 mm to 6√2 mm, and a distance between centers of adjacent adhesive elements are from 1.5 mm to 3.2 mm.
