Abstract

Described herein are tricyclic PARP1 inhibitors and pharmaceutical compositions comprising said inhibitors. The subject compounds and compositions are useful for the treatment of cancer.

Claims (5)

1. A compound:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or tautomer thereof.

2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound is:

3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and the compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or tautomer thereof.

4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and the compound of claim 2 .
