Abstract

Systems, methods and computer readable products are provided for enabling dynamic loading of one or more digital image branding functions associated with one or more distribution rules. A distribution rule is used to target a group of end users that are selected from a dataset mapping a plurality of end-users according to one or more distribution rules. Instructions are forwarded to present an indication the digital image branding function to each member of the end users group.

Claims (86)

1 . A computerized method of utilizing data metrics collected from a first sensor and a second sensor on a client terminal used by an end user, the computerized method comprising:

employing by a computer system the first sensor and the second sensor of the client terminal to detect or measure a condition of the end user;

collecting by the computer system one type of data metrics from the first sensor and a second type of data metrics from the second sensor of the client terminal used by the end user, wherein the data metrics are related to the detected or measured condition of the end user, wherein the client terminal includes a display, wherein digital content is displayed in the display, and wherein the computer system includes:

the client terminal or both the client terminal and a server,

a hardware processor,

one or more databases, wherein the one or more databases store a digital content processing function;

utilizing in combination by the computer system the one type and the second type of data metrics collected from the first and second sensors to determine the condition of the end user;

utilizing by the computer system the collected data metrics to select the digital content processing function or to select and modify the digital content processing function, and wherein the data metrics utilized are independent from data in the digital content, and wherein the digital content is captured, selected or generated by the end user; and

applying by the computer system the digital content processing function to at least one region of the digital content to create an output digital content, wherein the output digital content is a combination of the digital content and the digital content processing function.

2 . A method according to claim 1 , further comprising:

presenting by the computer system in the display on the client terminal an indication of one digital content processing function; and

receiving an input by the computer system indicating a selection by the end user of the indication of the one digital content processing function.

3 . A method according to claim 2 , further comprising upon receiving the input from the end user, sharing by the computer system the output digital content to at least one of a social media network, a digital billboard and an on-line gallery.

A method according to claim 1 , wherein the one or more databases store the digital content processing function and information about the end user and wherein the utilizing by the computer system the collected data metrics further comprises utilizing by the computer system in combination data metrics received from the first and second sensors on the client terminal and the end user information queried from the database.

5 . A method according to claim 1 , wherein the first sensor and the second sensor are each one of an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a light sensor, a temperature sensor, a heart rate monitor, a location determining module, a time-keeping module, a moisture sensor and an anemometer.

6 . A method according to claim 1 , further comprising distributing by the computer system the digital content processing function to the client terminal used by the end user.

7 . A method according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first type or second type of data metrics collected is current data metrics.

8 . A method according to claim 1 , further comprising:

receiving an input by the computer system indicating creation of a campaign by an administrator, wherein the computer system further comprises an administrative console that allows the administrator to create, configure and manage the campaign and wherein the campaign is associated with the digital content processing function.

9 . A method according to 8 , wherein the one or more databases store information about the end user and wherein the campaign is targeting the end user, and wherein the targeting comprises at least one of:

targeting by granting at least one of monetary and non-monetary rewards in response to at least one of sharing the output digital content and a number of times other end users responded to the shared output digital content,

targeting by transmitting notifications to the end user,

targeting by placing a targeted group of end users in an interactive competitive situation,

targeting by providing incentives for use by the end user,

targeting the end user at a specific geographic location, and

targeting based on at least one of a characteristic, an interest, and a preference of the end user.

10 . A method according to claim 8 , wherein the computer system generates end user or campaign analytics for quantifying campaign effectiveness for the digital content processing function.

11 . A computerized method of utilizing a digital content processing function, the computerized method comprising:

receiving an input by a computer system indicating creation of a campaign associated with a rule by an administrator on an administrative console, wherein the rule is used to target an end user, and wherein the rule is associated with the digital content processing function;

wherein the computer system includes a client terminal or both the client terminal and a server, and wherein the computer system comprises:

a hardware processor,

one or more databases, wherein the one or more databases store the digital content processing function, and

the administrative console that allows the administrator to manage resources;

presenting by the computer system a graphical user interface on a display of the client terminal used by the end user, wherein digital content is displayed in a first area of the graphical user interface;

collecting by the computer system data metrics from a sensor of the client terminal as input, wherein the sensor is employed in detecting or measuring a condition of the end user, and wherein the data metrics are related to the condition;

activating by the computer system the rule that targets the end user, wherein the rule utilizes the collected data metrics to select the digital content processing function or to select and modify the digital content processing function, wherein the data metrics utilized are independent from data in the digital content;

presenting by the computer system in a second area of the graphical user interface on the client terminal an indication of the digital content processing function on the display of the client terminal;

receiving an additional input by the computer system indicating a selection by the end user within the second area of the graphical user interface of the indication of the digital content processing function; and

applying by the computer system the digital content processing function to at least one region of the digital content to create an output digital content, wherein the output digital content is a combination of the digital content and the digital content processing function.

12 . A method according to claim 11 , further comprising sharing by the computer system the output digital content to at least one of a social media network, a digital billboard and an on-line gallery.

A method according to claim 11 , wherein the computer system includes a resident application executed on the client terminal, wherein the one or more databases are located on the server, wherein the rule is a distribution rule, and wherein the distribution rule defines logic that determines the distribution of the digital content processing function between the resident application on the client terminal and the server.

14 . A method according to claim 13 , further comprising:

sending by the resident application the data metrics collected from the sensor over a network to the server;

receiving by the server the data metrics;

forwarding by the computer system over the network, the digital content processing function to the resident application on the client terminal;

receiving by the resident application the digital content content processing function; and

presenting by the resident application the indication of the digital content processing function on the display of the client terminal.

15 . A method according to claim 13 , wherein the distribution rule is based upon at least one of a characteristic, an interest, a preference, and a match of a certain requirement of the end user.

16 . A method according to claim 11 , wherein the one or more databases store information about the end user and wherein the campaign is targeting the end user, wherein the targeting comprises at least one of:

targeting by granting at least one of monetary and non-monetary rewards in response to at least one of sharing the output digital content and a number of times other end users responded to the shared output digital content,

targeting by transmitting notifications to the end user,

targeting by placing a targeted group of end users in an interactive competitive situation, and

targeting by providing incentives for use by the end user,

targeting the end user at a specific geographical location, and

targeting based on at least one of a characteristic, an interest and a preference of the end user.

17 . A method according to claim 11 , wherein the one or more databases store information about the end user and wherein the computer system generates end user or campaign analytics for quantifying campaign effectiveness for the digital content processing function.

A method according to claim 11 , further comprising utilizing the data metrics collected from the sensor in order to at least one of dynamically change and dynamically load the digital content processing function by the computer system when the data metrics change, and presenting by the computer system an indication of the changed digital content processing function.

19 . A method according to claim 11 , wherein the collecting of data metrics from the sensor includes collecting of current data metrics from the sensor.

20 . A method according to claim 11 , wherein the computer system enables the end user to purchase at least one of goods and services.

21 . A method according to claim 11 , wherein the data metrics related to the detected or measured condition relate to a movement or a location of the end user.

22 . A computerized method of utilizing a digital content processing function, the computerized method comprising:

receiving an input by a computer system indicating creation of a campaign by an administrator on an administrative console, wherein the campaign is associated with a respective digital content processing function and wherein the computer system includes a client terminal or both the client terminal and a server, wherein the client terminal includes a display and wherein the computer system comprises:

a hardware processor,

one or more databases, wherein the one or more databases store the digital content processing function, and

the administrative console that allows the administrator to manage resources;

employing by a computer system one or more sensors of the client terminal used by an end user to detect or measure a condition of the end user;

collecting by the computer system one or more than one type of data metrics from the one or more sensors;

utilizing by the computer system the one or more than one type of data metrics collected from the one or more sensors to determine the condition of the end user;

utilizing by the computer system the collected data metrics to select the digital content processing function or to select and modify the digital content processing function, wherein the utilized data metrics are independent from data in digital content and wherein the digital content is captured or selected by the end user;

presenting by the computer system an indication of the digital content processing function on the display of the client terminal;

receiving an additional input by the computer system indicating a selection by the end user of the indication of the digital content processing function; and

applying by the computer system the digital content processing function to the digital content to create an output digital content, wherein the output digital content is a combination of the digital content and the digital content processing function.

23 . A method according to claim 22 , further comprising sharing by the computer system the output digital content to at least one of a social media network, a digital billboard and an on-line gallery.

24 . A method according to claim 22 , wherein information about the end user is stored in the one or more databases.

25 . A method according to claim 24 , wherein the campaign is targeting the end user, and wherein the targeting comprises at least one of:

targeting by granting at least one of monetary and non-monetary rewards in response to at least one of sharing the output digital content and a number of times other end users responded to the shared output digital content,

targeting by proactively transmitting notifications to the end user,

targeting by placing a targeted group of end users in an interactive competitive situation,

targeting by providing incentives for use by the end user,

targeting the end user at a specific geographical location, and

targeting based on at least one of a characteristic, an interest and a preference of the end user.

26 . A method according to claim 24 , wherein the computer system generates end user or campaign analytics for quantifying campaign effectiveness for the digital content processing function.

A method according to claim 24 , wherein the selection or selection and modification of the digital content processing function utilizes in combination the data metrics collected from the one or more sensors on the client terminal and end user information queried from the one or more databases.

28 . A method according to claim 22 , wherein the digital content processing function is associated with a respective distribution rule, and wherein the distribution rule is based upon a characteristic, an interest, a preference, and/or a match of a certain requirement for the end user.

29 . A method according to claim 22 , further comprising managing using the computer system one or more campaigns simultaneously.

30 . A method according to claim 22 , wherein the computer system allows the administrator to establish costs associated with the campaign.
