Abstract

An ophthalmic observation apparatus according to an embodiment example includes a moving image generating unit, an analyzing processor, and a display controller. The moving image generating unit is configured to generate a moving image by photographing a subject's eye into which an artificial object has been inserted. The analyzing processor is configured to analyze a still image included in the moving image to identify a first site image corresponding to a predetermined site of the subject's eye and a second site image corresponding to a predetermined site of the artificial object. The display controller is configured to display, on a display device, the moving image, first position information that represents a position of the first site image, and second position information that represents a position of the second site image.

Claims (27)

1 . An ophthalmic observation apparatus for observing a subject's eye, comprising:

a surgical microscope configured to generate a moving image by photographing the subject's eye into which an intraocular lens has been inserted;

an analyzing processor configured to analyze a still image included in the moving image to identify a first site image corresponding to a predetermined site of the subject's eye and a second site image corresponding to a predetermined site of the intraocular lens; and

a display controller circuit configured to display, on a display device, the moving image, first position information that represents a position of the first site image, and second position information that represents a position of the second site image, wherein

the predetermined site of the subject's eve is an eye center position,

the predetermined site of the intraocular lens is a center of the intraocular lens, and

the display controller circuit is configured to

display eye center position information that represents the eye center position as the first position information,

display intraocular lens center position information that represents the center of the intraocular lens as the second position information, and

display, based on the eye center position information and the intraocular lens center position, guide information for a user on the basis of a positional difference between the eye center position and the center of the intraocular lens.

2 . The ophthalmic observation apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the display controller circuit is configured to display the guide information including first guide information that represents a movement direction of the intraocular lens.

3 . The ophthalmic observation apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein

the display controller circuit is configured to display the guide information further including second guide information that represents a movement distance of the intraocular lens.

4 . The ophthalmic observation apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the display controller circuit is configured to display the eye center position information and the intraocular lens center position information in mutually different aspects.

5 . The ophthalmic observation apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the analyzing processor is configured to sequentially identify the eye center position and the center of the intraocular lens from still images sequentially generated by the surgical microscope, in parallel with generation of the moving image performed by the surgical microscope, and

the display controller circuit is configured to sequentially update the eye center position information and the intraocular lens center position information displayed together with the moving image, in parallel with sequential generation of the still images performed by the surgical microscope and sequential analysis of the still images performed by the analyzing processor.

6 . A method of controlling an ophthalmic observation apparatus including an optical system for generating a moving image of a subject's eye and a processor, the method comprising:

causing the optical system to generate a moving image of the subject's eye into which an intraocular lens has been inserted;

causing the processor to analyze a still image included in the moving image to identify a first site image corresponding to a predetermined site of the subject's eye and a second site image corresponding to a predetermined site of the intraocular lens;

causing the processor to display, on a display device, the moving image, first position information that represents a position of the first site image, and second position information that represents a position of the second site image, wherein the predetermined site of the subject's eye is an eye center position, and the predetermined site of the intraocular lens is a center of the intraocular lens;

displaying eye center position information that represents the eye center position as the first position information;

displaying intraocular lens center position information that represents the center of the intraocular lens as the second position information; and

displaying, based on the eye center position information and the intraocular lens center position, guide information for a user on the basis of a positional difference between the eye center position and the center of the intraocular lens.

7 . A computer-readable non-transitory recording medium storing a program causing a computer to execute the method of claim 6 .
