a housing having an interior surface and an exterior surface of the wrist-worn wearable computing device, the interior surface configured to at least partially contact tissue of a wrist of a user, wherein the housing of the wrist-worn wearable computing device is configured to be coupled with a wristband that is configured to wrap around the wrist of the user to secure the housing against the wrist of the user;

a plurality of sensors disposed at least partially within the housing, the plurality of sensors configured to acquire data from the user to monitor at least one of physical activity, sleep, or health of the user, the plurality of sensors comprising:

one or more light-emitting components configured to emit light associated with two or more wavelengths, wherein the two or more wavelengths include a first wavelength associated with infrared light and a second wavelength associated with visible light; and

a plurality of light-receiving components configured to receive the light associated with the two or more wavelengths;

a communication module communicatively coupled with the plurality of sensors, the communication module configured to transmit, to a user device, the data acquired by the plurality of sensors, an analysis of the data generated by one or more processors of the wrist-worn wearable computing device, or both;

a rechargeable battery electrically coupled with the plurality of sensors and the communication module; and

a power management module configured to wirelessly receive power, from a case external to the wrist-worn wearable computing device, through the exterior surface of the housing via an inductive charging process to recharge the rechargeable battery while the user is wearing the wrist-worn wearable computing device.

2. The wrist-worn wearable computing device of claim 1 , wherein the one or more light-emitting components are further configured to emit light associated with a third wavelength that is different from the first wavelength and the second wavelength.

3. The wrist-worn wearable computing device of claim 1 , wherein the housing comprises a metallic material, wherein the housing comprises a window within the interior surface configured to enable light to pass through the interior surface from the one or more light-emitting components and to the plurality of light-receiving components.

4. The wrist-worn wearable computing device of claim 1 , wherein the one or more light-emitting components comprise at least a first light-emitting component and a second light-emitting component, wherein the first light-emitting component, the second light-emitting component, and the plurality of light-receiving components are physically separated from one another.

5. The wrist-worn wearable computing device of claim 1 , wherein the power management module comprises an induction coil.

6. The wrist-worn wearable computing device of claim 1 , wherein the interior surface of the housing comprises an interior curved surface, wherein the exterior surface of the housing comprises an exterior curved surface, wherein the power management module is configured to wireless receive the power through the exterior curved surface.

7. The wrist-worn wearable computing device of claim 1 , wherein the interior surface of the housing comprises a curved surface, wherein the one or more light-emitting components are positioned at a first position relative to the curved surface, and wherein the plurality of light-receiving components are positioned at least at a second position relative to the curved surface, the first position different from the second position.

8. The wrist-worn wearable computing device of claim 1 , further comprising:

a status indicator module comprising one or more additional light-emitting components configured to indicate a charge status of the rechargeable battery.

9. The wrist-worn wearable computing device of claim 1 , wherein the power management module is configured to wirelessly transfer energy from the case to the rechargeable battery based at least in part on the wrist-worn wearable computing device being within a threshold proximity to the case.

10. The wrist-worn wearable computing device of claim 1 , further comprising:

one or more actuators positioned at least partially within the housing and coupled with the one or more processors, wherein the one or more actuators are configured to provide haptic feedback to the user.

11. The wrist-worn wearable computing device of claim 10 , wherein the one or more actuators are configured to provide the haptic feedback based at least in part on the data acquired by the plurality of sensors.

12. The wrist-worn wearable computing device of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are configured to:

receive acceleration data from the plurality of sensors;

identify one or more gestures performed by the user based at least in part on the acceleration data, wherein the one or more gestures comprise a tap, a knock, or both; and

generate one or more signals based at least in part on identifying the one or more gestures, wherein the one or more signals are configured to cause the wrist-worn wearable computing device to provide feedback to the user, cause a communication component of the wrist-worn wearable computing device to transmit a signal to an external device, or both.

13. The wrist-worn wearable computing device of claim 1 , wherein the housing comprises a rectangular profile.

14. The wrist-worn wearable computing device of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of sensors further comprise:

one or more temperature sensors configured to acquire skin temperature data through the interior surface of the housing.
