Abstract

Claims (35)

1. A modular header beam of an integrated construction system, comprising:

a first end and a second end, the modular header beam having a longitudinal axis extending between the first end and the second end,

a connector fitting having a first hook having a first member and a second member, the first member extending away from the first end of the modular header beam along the longitudinal axis, the second member extending from the first member in a direction perpendicular from the longitudinal axis;

wherein an interior of the modular header beam defines a hollow column having a length, the length being greater than both of a width and a depth of the modular header beam, and an exterior surface of the modular header beam defines a groove along an entire length thereof,

wherein the connector fitting is shaped to fit within the interior of the modular header beam.

2. The modular header beam of an integrated construction system of claim 1 , further comprising:

an elongate body, the first end being on an end of the elongate body opposing the second end.

3. The modular header beam of an integrated construction system of claim 2 , wherein the elongate body defines a plurality of grooves along an exterior of an entire length thereof.

4. The modular header beam of an integrated construction system of claim 3 , wherein each of the plurality of grooves is at a corner region of a cross-section of the elongate body.

5. The modular header beam of an integrated construction system of claim 3 , wherein the elongate body comprises a first surface and a second surface along an entire length thereof, each of the first and the second surfaces defining a surface groove.

6. The modular header beam of an integrated construction system of claim 5 , wherein a cross-section of the surface grooves is c-shaped.

7. The modular header beam of an integrated construction system of claim 3 , wherein a cross-section of the plurality of grooves is c-shaped.

8. The modular header beam of an integrated construction system of claim 1 , further comprising:

an elongate body, the first end being on an end of the elongate body opposing the second end.

9. The modular header beam of an integrated construction system of claim 8 , wherein the elongate body includes a second hook on the surface of the elongate body.

10. An integrated construction system, comprising:

a modular header beam;

a shoring assembly or a decking assembly;

a first end and a second end of the modular header beam having a longitudinal axis extending between the first end and the second end,

a connector fitting having a first hook having a first member and a second member, the first member extending away from the first end of the modular header beam along the longitudinal axis, the second member extending from the first member in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis;

wherein an interior of the modular header beam defines a hollow column having a length, the length being larger than both of a width and a depth of the modular header beam, and an exterior surface of the modular header beam defines a groove along an entire length thereof,

wherein the connector fitting is shaped to fit within the interior of the modular header beam.

11. The integrated construction system of claim 10 , wherein the modular hollow beam further comprises an elongate body, the first end being on an end of the elongate body opposing the second end.

12. The integrated construction system of claim 11 , wherein the elongate body defines a plurality of grooves along an exterior of an entire length thereof.

13. The integrated construction system of claim 12 , wherein each of the plurality of grooves is at a corner region of a cross-section of the elongate body.

14. The integrated construction system of claim 12 , wherein the elongate body comprises a first surface and a second surface along an entire length thereof, each of the first and the second surfaces defining a surface groove.

15. The integrated construction system of claim 14 , wherein a cross-section of the surface grooves is c-shaped.

16. The integrated construction system of claim 12 , wherein a cross-section of the plurality of grooves is c-shaped.

17. The integrated construction system of claim 10 , wherein the modular hollow beam further comprises an elongate body, the first end being on an end of the elongate body opposing the second end.

18. The integrated construction system of claim 17 ,

wherein the elongate body includes a second hook on the surface of the elongate body.

19. The integrated construction system of claim 11 further comprising:

a panel clip that is configured to couple to the defined groove and further configured to couple to a second defined groove.

20. The integrated construction system of claim 19 , further comprising:

a second modular header beam coupled to the first modular header beam at the panel clip.
