Abstract

Implementations of various methods and systems of a network, GPS system, mobile computing devices, servers, transportation unit data transformations, forward commodity market servers, grouping instructions for virtual hubs, transparent open access pricing systems, blockchain audit and safety instructions, virtual hub instructions, banking and credit account instructions, priced based GPS map routing algorithms in a simple easy to use graphical user interface format for mobile, audio interface or virtual interface computing over various mediums which are connected via a network to transact and trade transportation seats or capacity units in airline transport, subway transport, train transport, automobile transport, autonomous vehicle transport, taxi transport, space transport, package freight transport, tractor trailer freight transport, cargo freight transport, container freight transport, virtual transport, underground transport, ship or sea transport, public transport, private transport or drone transport on a computer, mobile computer device, audio computer device, virtual reality computer device or mixed reality computing device.

Claims (55)

1 . A method, comprising:

tracking origin location data in real-time from respective satellite navigation systems of devices of at least a subset of a plurality of users;

receiving at least one of real-time updates for the real-time origin location data and destination location data from the subset of the plurality of users, wherein the real-time origin location data corresponds to geographic origins and the destination location data corresponds to geographic destinations;

determining a plurality of virtual hubs based on the real-time updates for the origin location data and the destination location data, wherein the plurality of virtual hubs comprises one or more origin virtual hubs determined based on the real-time origin location data and one or more destination virtual hubs determined based on the destination location data;

determining a plurality of virtual hub routes based on the plurality of virtual hubs, wherein a respective virtual hub route corresponds to a geographic route from a location corresponding to a respective origin virtual hub to a location corresponding to a respective destination virtual hub;

receiving attribute data for the plurality of virtual hub routes from one or more of the plurality of users, wherein the attribute data corresponds to selections by the one or more of the plurality of users of a plurality of conditions for traveling along the plurality of virtual hub routes;

determining a transportation capacity forward auction for a plurality of transportation capacity units based on the plurality of virtual hubs and the attribute data, wherein the plurality of transportation capacity units correspond to a plurality of predetermined spaces traveling along the respective virtual hub route from the respective origin virtual hub to the respective destination virtual hub, and wherein:

each of the plurality of transportation capacity units represents a fungible forward contract; and

a respective transportation capacity unit comprises one or more conditional attributes to provide substitutability with another transportation capacity unit of the plurality of transportation capacity units; and

generating a gaming environment for the one or more of the plurality of users, wherein the gaming environment corresponds to the respective virtual hub route, wherein the gaming environment comprises an augmented reality (AR) display, a mixed reality (MR) display, or a virtual reality (VR) display, and wherein the gaming environment is configured to provide a digital reward or a digital penalty based on vehicle occupancy.

2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

receiving transaction input data from the one or more of the plurality of users, wherein the transaction input data comprises data corresponding to one or more bid prices and one or more offer prices for one or more of the plurality of transportation capacity units, acceptance of a respective bid price or a respective offer price, or combinations thereof; and

generating the one or more of the plurality of transportation capacity units based on at least the received transaction input data.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein:

the plurality of transportation capacity units are configured for commoditized trading on the transportation capacity forward auction;

the respective virtual hub route comprises one or more additional locations along the geographic route, wherein the one or more additional locations correspond to one or more additional virtual hubs.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the predetermined space comprises a seat or cargo capacity in one or more vehicles traveling from the respective origin virtual hub to the respective destination virtual hub.

The method of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of conditions comprises cheapest route, single mode of transportation, multiple modes of transportation, fastest route, most scenic route, highest rated route, most available route, highest volume of participants for route, most frequent route, service level for route, highest safety and security level for route, emissions reduction, gender of driver, security of driver, rating of driver, vehicle make, vehicle model type, vehicle model year, vehicle model fuel type, driver record, or combinations thereof.

6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein:

the gaming environment corresponds to a respective user interface of one or more of the plurality of users; and

the gaming environment comprises at least one or more of: buttons, icons, settings tables, or menus configured for selection by the one or more the plurality of users.

7 . A computing system, comprising:

one or more processors; and

one or more memory comprising program instructions executable by the one or more processors to:

track origin location data in real-time from respective satellite navigation systems of devices of at least a subset of a plurality of users;

receive at least one of real-time updates for the real-time origin location data and destination location data from at least the subset of the plurality of users, wherein the real-time origin location data corresponds to geographic origins and the destination location data corresponds to geographic destinations;

determine a plurality of virtual hubs based on the real-time updates for the origin location data and the destination location data, wherein the plurality of virtual hubs comprises one or more origin virtual hubs determined based on the real-time origin location data and one or more destination virtual hubs determined based on the destination location data;

determine a plurality of virtual hub routes based on the plurality of virtual hubs, wherein a respective virtual hub route corresponds to a geographic route from a location corresponding to a respective origin virtual hub to a location corresponding to a respective destination virtual hub;

receive attribute data for the plurality of virtual hub routes from one or more of plurality of users, wherein the attribute data corresponds to selections by the one or more of the plurality of users of a plurality of conditions for traveling along the plurality of virtual hub routes;

determine a transportation capacity forward auction for a plurality of transportation capacity units based on the plurality of virtual hubs and the attribute data, wherein:

the plurality of transportation capacity units correspond to a plurality of predetermined spaces traveling along the respective virtual hub route from the respective origin virtual hub to the respective destination virtual hub;

the plurality of transportation capacity units comprise at least one of the real-time updates for the real-time origin location data and the destination location data associated with the plurality of transportation capacity units;

each of the plurality of transportation capacity units represents a fungible forward contract;

a respective transportation capacity unit comprises one or more conditional attributes to provide substitutability with another transportation capacity unit of the plurality of transportation capacity units; and

generate a gaming environment for the one or more of the plurality of users, wherein the gaming environment corresponds to the respective virtual hub route, wherein the gaming environment comprises an augmented reality (AR) display, a mixed reality (MR) display, or a virtual reality (VR) display, and wherein the gaming environment is configured to provide a digital reward or a digital penalty based on vehicle occupancy.

The computing system of claim 7 , wherein the program instructions further comprise program instructions executable by the one or more processors to receive transaction input data from the one or more of the plurality of users, wherein the transaction input data comprises data corresponding to one or more bid prices and one or more offer prices for one or more of the plurality of transportation capacity units, acceptance of a respective bid price or a respective offer price, or combinations thereof.

9 . The computing system of claim 7 , wherein the respective virtual hub route comprises one or more additional locations along the geographic route, wherein the one or more additional locations correspond to one or more additional virtual hubs.

10 . The computing system of claim 7 , wherein the predetermined space comprises a seat or cargo capacity in one or more vehicles traveling from the respective origin virtual hub to the respective destination virtual hub.

The computing system of claim 7 , wherein the plurality of conditions comprises cheapest route, single mode of transportation, multiple modes of transportation, fastest route, most scenic route, highest rated route, most available route, highest volume of participants for route, most frequent route, service level for route, highest safety and security level for route, emissions reduction, gender of driver, security of driver, rating of driver, vehicle make, vehicle model type, vehicle model year, vehicle model fuel type, driver record, or combinations thereof.

12 . The computing system of claim 7 , wherein the origin location data is determined using a satellite navigation system.

13 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium having stored thereon a plurality of computer-executable instructions which, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to:

track origin location data in real-time from respective satellite navigation systems of devices of at least a subset of a plurality of users;

receive at least one of real-time updates for the real-time origin location data and destination location data from at least the subset of the plurality of users, wherein the real-time origin location data corresponds to geographic origins and the destination location data corresponds to geographic destinations;

determine a plurality of virtual hubs based on the real-time updates for the origin location data and the destination location data, wherein the plurality of virtual hubs comprises one or more origin virtual hubs determined based on the real-time origin location data and one or more destination virtual hubs determined based on the destination location data;

determine a plurality of virtual hub routes based on the plurality of virtual hubs, wherein a respective virtual hub route corresponds to a geographic route from a location corresponding to a respective origin virtual hub to a location corresponding to a respective destination virtual hub;

receive attribute data for the plurality of virtual hub routes from one or more of the plurality of users, wherein the attribute data corresponds to selections by the one or more of the plurality of users of a plurality of conditions for traveling along the plurality of virtual hub routes;

determine a transportation capacity forward auction for a plurality of transportation capacity units based on the plurality of virtual hubs and the attribute data, wherein the plurality of transportation capacity units correspond to a plurality of predetermined spaces traveling along the respective virtual hub route from the respective origin virtual hub to the respective destination virtual hub, and wherein:

each of the plurality of transportation capacity units represents a fungible forward contract; and

a respective transportation capacity unit comprises one or more conditional attributes to provide substitutability with another transportation capacity unit of the plurality of transportation capacity units; and

generate respective gaming environments for the one or more of the plurality of users, wherein the respective gaming environments corresponds to the respective virtual hub route, wherein each of the gaming environments comprises an augmented reality (AR) display, a mixed reality (MR) display, or a virtual reality (VR) display, and wherein the gaming environment is configured to provide a digital reward or a digital penalty based on vehicle occupancy; and

detect, at respective user interfaces of the gaming environments, respective user network logins of the user interfaces using facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, or photo scan security for authentication.

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the plurality of computer-executable instructions which, when executed by a computer, further cause the computer to receive transaction input data from the one or more of the plurality of users, wherein the transaction input data comprises data corresponding to one or more bid prices and one or more offer prices for one or more of the plurality of transportation capacity units, acceptance of a respective bid price or a respective offer price, or combinations thereof.

15 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the respective virtual hub route comprises one or more additional locations along the geographic route, wherein the one or more additional locations correspond to one or more additional virtual hubs.

16 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the predetermined space comprises a seat or cargo capacity in one or more vehicles traveling from the respective origin virtual hub to the respective destination virtual hub.

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the plurality of conditions comprises cheapest route, single mode of transportation, multiple modes of transportation, fastest route, most scenic route, highest rated route, most available route, highest volume of participants for route, most frequent route, service level for route, emissions reduction, highest safety and security level for route, gender of driver, security of driver, rating of driver, vehicle make, vehicle model type, vehicle model year, vehicle model fuel type, driver record, or combinations thereof.
